Turkish character problem

    Hi,

    Problem with Turkish character. What can i do?

    Example: “?r?n” I changed some code. <html dir=”ltr” lang=”tr” xml:lang=”tr” and

    But Turkish character not show. Please help :S

    Choose the Latin Extended (latin-ext) character set for Google fonts.

    Türkçe konuşsak daha iyi anlaşacağız sanırım :)

    Ben fontları ekledim fakat çalışmadı. Online olarak iletişime geçebilir miyiz?
    fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Noto+Serif:400,700,400italic,700italic&subset=latin-ext

    bu şekilde ekledim fakat bir değişiklik olmadı.
