    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Since the TutorLMS Pro license was registered under our developer account (and not under your personal account), you won’t be able to access direct support from their team.

Don’t worry — if you encounter issues (like Zoom integration), you can let me know here and I’ll help you troubleshoot or, if needed, reach out to the plugin provider on your behalf.

👉 Please share the exact problem/error you’re experiencing when trying to connect Zoom, and I’ll check the settings and guide you step by step.

    Best regards,
    Serkan

    Hello,

I understand. A “connection error” message usually points to an issue with the Zoom API credentials or the settings within TutorLMS. Don’t worry, this is often a simple fix.

To help pinpoint the cause of the error, could you please check the following:

API Key and Secret Key: Make sure you have copied the API Key and Secret Key from Zoom correctly and pasted them into the corresponding fields in your TutorLMS settings. Be careful not to include any extra spaces when you copy these values.

Zoom Account Permissions: Ensure the Zoom account you are using is an administrator account and has the necessary permissions for API usage.

Zoom App Status: Check that the application you created in the Zoom Marketplace is set to “Publishable.” Also, verify that its status is “Activated” or “Published.”

If you’ve checked these steps and the problem persists, could you please send me a screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing? This will help me figure out the source of the issue much more quickly.

    Thanks
