Hello, i’ve purchased elementor pro and it doesn’t work properly. I contacted them already but they told me to contact you instead.
When I have Efor activated, and I disable Elementor pro, i can edit pages. When I have another theme activated and Elementor Pro activated too, they all is working so I’m guessing the problem is coming from the theme…
I’m currently able to access and edit using elementor pro, only the home page, other page, the preview can’t be displayed… I tried many ways and I tried all ways suggested by elementor pro, but it didn’t work. You can try to log in to the website and edit with elementor the “Test” page and you’ll see the issue.
Could you please help me fix this issue asap please ?

Hi, can you contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site?
It should be at least 256mb. You have a lot of third party plugins so allocate memory size should be increased.
Please keep me updated after you done it.
This website is hosted on my own server and I’ve increased the memory size to 256MB but the error is still here…
Also if you want to log in to the website admin, kindly share me your IP Address as we have a Fail2Ban system installed on the server.

– deactivate all your plugins and keep only Elementor and Elementor Pro plugins active and try again, if the problem no longer exists, that means your server doesn’t have enough memory resources to handle all your plugins active.
I tried all of that already.
Please, could you for once check the issue properly and fix it for me.

I know how elementor works and I already tried all the main debugging options you are saying.
Also, this server provides enough ressources already to work with elementor, this is not about that – there’s a lot of websites on this server using elementor and they are working perfectly.
Also, try to use another theme on the site and you’ll see that elementor works perfectly.
This issue is happening since I’ve updated your theme to the latest version.
Please, instead of giving me a prompt answer without checking, check your theme properly and help me fix this issue.

Hi, When I want to download the “wp-downgrade” plugin to downgrade the theme version and test it, I get a server error. The server is absolutely not responding. You say that there is a theme problem, but thousands of our customers are using the theme with elementor without any problems.
Please, like Ahmet said, can we deactivate the plugins and run our tests?
I can neither install nor deactivate a plugin to help you. Right now I’m only getting the error “Can’t get a response from the hosting”. First of all, this problem needs to be solved. Other than that, do all the duties that fall on us.
As mentioned above, please send me your IP address so i can whitelist you on the server. You might have been blocked from the server and that is the reason why you can’t do any actions for now.
Also, the theme is working with elementor, and not with elementor pro activated.
