    Hi there,

    I am delighted with the item I purchased, I haven’t almost knowledge of web programming, but little by little I’m changing the theme as I like.

    However, I have a problem with my web site URLs, I think to reproduce well the instructions in the documentation but something is wrong.

    This is my web site http://franciscomartingarcia.es/

    If I navigate through the menu was “Blog” such as URL changes to http://franciscomartingarcia.es/#/blog (I wish I could delete (#)) and if I return to “inicio” the URL changes to http://franciscomartingarcia.es/#/about-me (I wish it was again http://franciscomartingarcia.es/)

    Also Internet Explorer 11 I show me a security certificate error, I imagine are problems with URLs.

    Basically I want the look of my web as now, but with the URL http://franciscomartingarcia.eshttp://franciscomartingarcia.es/bloghttp://franciscomartingarcia.es/contactohttp://franciscomartingarcia.es/curriculum

    I’m afraid to change something from the dashboard and not remember how to turn back. Can anyone help me?

    http://franciscomartingarcia.es/blog/ is working fine here. No issues. What is your exact problem?
    You contact page cannot be accessible without the # as per my knowledge goes.
    Beside I’m not from the developer team. I’m just also another person purchased this awesome theme and them customized a lot to meet my requirement.
    P.S: As you are new here and a new client of pixelwar, you must know that they have a disgusting support service. The most disgusting support I’ve ever found on any premium theme in my whole webmaster career. But they do have crazy cool themes and that’s the only reason I still purchase their product.
    If you ever find that its been more than 3 – 4 days and still no reply in it, don’t be amused, its a normal thing here in this support forum.
    Welcome to pixelwar support.

    @fcomartingarcia

    Hi, the “#” in the url is required in order to site work properly, I also just checked your site on IE11 i didn’t notice any certificate error.

    @ahmetsali That you call an improvement? lol :D It’s really an improvement (in support policy).
    Anyways thanks for updating it and gladly accepting that you guys provide disgustingly sloooow support. Infact you should mention that we generally reply to our support tickets within weeks of posting the issue, but if you are damn lucky, you might get a response within 48hrs. :D
