Thank you so much for your help! Everything works now–except for one thing. The top menu is duplicated. It appears four times. How can this be corrected?

Thank you for your answer. We checked that the server met the system requirements and followed the instructions to the letter. Still, the theme is not loading correctly. Can you give us a hand and check the installation from within WordPress? Give us an email where we can send an administrative user name and password plua the site’s address. Usually we don’t do these kind of request, but on this occasion we don’t know what else to do. Please help.
