Ok I have reverted back to working version which is TutorLMS Version 3.6.3 and TutorLMS Pro Version 3.6.3. Please do not update now as this project will be checked by other people and site must run now for this month. I can only say that TutorLMS Pro Version 3.7.0 ir faulty at least on our site.
Hi there,
I specifically did not updated to the Tutor LMS version 3.7.0(at that point I know now they hav erelease 3.7.1) because it coused error. I thought it is problem with TutorLMS version 3.7.0 but now I have updated to the 3.7.1 and problem is still there. I tried to disable Tutol LMS Pro(which currently is at Version 3.7.0) and then with disabled TutolLMS Pro it works. So not sure what are the next steps. I’m leaving now TutorLMS Pro disabled for now – not sure mayeb you can check if there is an update for TutorLMS Pro plugin?
Please find details below.
Hi,
Firt of all I do not have navigation sections like this:
Tutor LMS > Certificates
I only have Pro ones because I’m using Pro version which is:
Tutor LMS Pro > Settings > Certificate
I tried all the options you suggested like disabling Tutor LMS Certificate Builder plugin network wide and then re-activating it per multisite and no changes.
Also tried to disable all plugins and activating only Tutor LMS, Tutor LMS Pro and Tutor LMS Certificate Builder – and also no changes. Is it possible to ask directly to TutorLMS team as because I use your issued license I can’t contact them directly.
Thanks.
Hi Serkan,
The main problem is that I dont see Certificate Builder Addon in the addon list. I see the Certificate addon but not Certificate Builder. I can confirm that plugin “Tutor LMS Certificate Builder” is installed and enabled “Tutor Drag and Drop Certificate Builder
Version 1.1.3”. Also Tutor LMS Version 3.6.2 and Tutor LMS Pro Version 3.6.2. Maybe it could be related that I have Multisite installation on my WordPress site. No Wordfence installation.
