    Hi,

    The header background image doesn’t appear on my website http://www.lauraracheldubos.com.

    I downloaded it on personalize > site identity > header background image…

    Actually, the profile picture used on each template doesn’t show up anymore for me. It worked for one week and suddenly disappeared.

    Hi,
    Please deactivate all your third-party plugins one by one, clear the cache and try it again. If you still have the issue, you can send me your wp-admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well. But deactivating plugins might solve the issue.

    I do not understand the plugins deactivation and do not want to destroy something on my website.

    Hi,
    Log in to WordPress as the administrator.
    In the left-hand pane, click Plugins.
    Locate the plugin you want to disable, and then click Deactivate.
    To re-enable the plugin, click Activate.

    Sorry but I do not understand this plugin story?

    What plugin are you talking about? Why should I deactivate a plugin to show the picture on the card?

    I checked out the plugins and didn’t find what I must deactivate… Can you please give me more info?

    Hi,
    If you have a cache plugin, it might hold the old image. That is why i recommend you to deactivate plugins and try it again.

    Hi,
    Some hosting companies do deep cache as well. Well if you cannot solve this, send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well.

    I was having a tough time getting this to show up but then I found the “card” area in the customization options (it’s kind of hidden! suggest including more detailed instructions in your documentation)
