Hi,
Please deactivate all your third-party plugins one by one, clear the cache and try it again. If you still have the issue, you can send me your wp-admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well. But deactivating plugins might solve the issue.

Log in to WordPress as the administrator.
In the left-hand pane, click Plugins.
Locate the plugin you want to disable, and then click Deactivate.
To re-enable the plugin, click Activate.

What plugin are you talking about? Why should I deactivate a plugin to show the picture on the card?

If you have a cache plugin, it might hold the old image. That is why i recommend you to deactivate plugins and try it again.

I was having a tough time getting this to show up but then I found the “card” area in the customization options (it’s kind of hidden! suggest including more detailed instructions in your documentation)
