Hi, Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site. I tried to install wp reset plugin and install the demo manually, your hosting didn’t allow me to delete any content.

I guess you imported the demo content. You can use wp reset plugin, delete everything and import the demo content manually. There is documentation in the theme folder. One click demo import plugin should work as well if it is not conflicting with third party plugin.

The thing is I cannot activate this plugin. This plugin is disabled as default, I wonder how to change it? All those things are connected with each other I think I am stucked
Hi, I didn’t saw it with any customer before. The hosting company does not allow this plug-in for security reasons. I would like you to contact your hosting company and ask for help in this matter.
