Hi, In the previous topic about this, I wrote that the issue is related to your hosting company. Our theme does not cause any slowness on the website. However, I will direct you to the wordpress developer about refund upon your request.

I am not receiving the necessary support for the Efor theme. I purchased this theme four days ago for a quick-turnaround project. I have purchased this theme for a different client, so I thought it would be great to get again. However, I am not hearing back from the support agent to access the Amelia Booking Pro lifetime access code. It seems that other people on the same forum are also not receiving responses.
If I do not have access to the Amelia Booking Pro license before this Sunday (or about 48 hours from now), I will have no need for this theme and would pursue the route of refund.
