Thanks for the license codes but I still have issues activating Amelia. I managed to activate Jetelements plugins with no issues but Amelia tells me the license is invalid or expired.
I tried the license activation on my PC as a local/stagging install and it DID activate so I dont understand whats wrong. I sent you the right domain otherwise the other plugins wouldn’t activate.
Error: “The purchase code is invalid or has expired”

I have received the license but the LMS Tutor Pro license didn’t worked. It kept on saying invalid password and redirects to lms tutor website to sign in and even after sign up it never accepts it. Can you please login and make it work. I have provided the details for the website below

Hi, I just activated your Tutor LMS Pro.
However when I try to activate your Amelia plugin, I get this error:
SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.
This error is related to the server SSL/cURL configuration, not the purchase code itself:
It usually means the server is missing an up-to-date CA certificate bundle, so WordPress/PHP cannot securely connect to Amelia’s licensing server.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update/fix the server CA certificates / cURL SSL configuration. After that, try activating Amelia Pro again.
You can also ask them to check that outgoing HTTPS requests from WordPress are allowed.

I have already installed all the plugins within the bundle of your theme. The tutor LMS PRO is active on my site but i am not able to visualize or do anything related on the courses and this is my main interest in your theme. I am following up once again because we still have not received any response regarding the non-working Tutor LMS PRO activation/license that was previously provided.
Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved and the PRO functionality is still unusable on our website. This situation is now causing significant delays to our project and preventing us from moving forward with deployment.
We have been waiting for assistance for several days and have repeatedly attempted to follow up, but we have not yet received a working solution or any update on the matter.
At this point, we urgently require one of the following:
A verified working license/activation method, or
Direct intervention from your team to activate the plugin properly on our installation.Please provide an update as soon as possible, as this issue is critically affecting our timeline and deliverables.

Hello, I want to change the hoster of my website from hosting to hostinger is that a problem regarding the theme and the activated LMS? No change in domain is happening, will just migrate the website.
