Hello, good morning.
I’m currently seeing that the Amelia plugin has an available update, but it asks me to activate Envato first.
When I enter the Efor theme license in Envato, it says that the license is not valid.
I kindly request your support to help me resolve this issue. I’ve already provided my access details in previous tickets if needed.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Hi, you need to enter the Amelia license code which we have sent you to your e-mail address before.
Cheers.
Hello, good morning.
That’s correct — I’ve already entered the Amelia license that you provided, and the plugin is currently activated with that license.
However, when I try to update the plugin, it asks me to authenticate with Envato and enter the theme license. When I do that, it shows a license error message.
Could you please help me resolve this issue or let me know how to proceed with the update?
Thank you very much for your kind support.
Hi again, please provide your wp-login info via the private content box and let me check.
we are facing the activating issue , error below
error: It seems that Envato API is currently busy (please try again) or you don’t have a valid purchase of Amelia
we have tried many time in last 2 days. same error coming. how to resolve this.
Hi @reetsingh,
That error comes from Amelia’s “Activate with Envato” button, not from Efor. That button checks whether your Envato account has purchased Amelia itself. Amelia is bundled with Efor, so your Efor purchase can’t activate it there, and retrying won’t change the result.
The Amelia version bundled with Efor works fully without activation; activation is only needed for Amelia’s own automatic updates. Bundled plugin updates come with Efor updates: update Efor, then go to Appearance > Install Theme Plugins and update Amelia from there.
If you’d like to activate Amelia anyway, please request a license key for your final domain in this topic:
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/
Then enter the key in the “Purchase code” field under Amelia > Settings > Activation (not the “Activate with Envato” button).
Could you also let us know your Efor and Amelia versions (from the Plugins page)? If you still need help, please share your wp-admin login details via the Private Content box and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
Mehmet
Pixelwars SupportHi @reetsingh,
Since there has been no further activity on this topic for over a week, we’re closing it to new replies.
One update to my previous reply: Efor 13.3.0 now bundles Amelia 9.9.1, and starting with Amelia 9.9 the plugin needs to be activated to unlock its premium features in the admin panel. If you’re using Efor 13.3.0 or newer, please request your Amelia license key for your final domain in this topic:
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/
Then enter the key in the “Purchase code” field under Amelia > Settings > Activation (not the “Activate with Envato” button).
If you need any further help, please feel free to open a new topic.
Best regards,
Mehmet
