I’m currently seeing that the Amelia plugin has an available update, but it asks me to activate Envato first.

When I enter the Efor theme license in Envato, it says that the license is not valid.

I kindly request your support to help me resolve this issue. I’ve already provided my access details in previous tickets if needed.

Hi, you need to enter the Amelia license code which we have sent you to your e-mail address before.

Hello, good morning.

That’s correct — I’ve already entered the Amelia license that you provided, and the plugin is currently activated with that license.

However, when I try to update the plugin, it asks me to authenticate with Envato and enter the theme license. When I do that, it shows a license error message.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or let me know how to proceed with the update?
