3D Folding Effect in Chrome is Not Working

So I just installed the theme. And only after that I noticed that there is no cool 3D folding effect in Chrome (Version 27.0.1453.116):

However, in Firefox everything works smoothly:

Any thoughts and help are appreciated!

It is working on my side. Chrome version ( 27.0.1453.116 m ) on Windows 7.
