I finished building the site after a few days and now it’s gone down with an internal 500 error. WordPress say it’s theme related and likely related to the file size which they do not support.
Im so stressed and out my depth. I have lost three days work and all the hard work i have done has now been lost. Can you help?

If they gave you feedback about the file size, would you like them to update your hosting settings as per the link I shared below? It is likely that they have given you too small a space and it is their responsibility to expand it.
