We have a “How To” page which has many accordion items.

Each accordion item addresses a specific task at our site.

When our users ask how to do a specific task we want to point them to specific accordion item that addresses their query, not only the Page. Is there a way to do this?

It’s better to point users to a specific items in the accordion that addresses their query.
