After updating WP all plugins disabled

    Is that normal? When I update WordPress, all plugins are deactivated.

    It is not useful for me to activate and set all plugins from start.

    What should I do?

    Hi,
    It is not normal. You have couple of third party plugins. One of them might be conflicting with the theme. You should deactivate them before next update and realize which one is conflicting with the theme.
