Hi,
In my site I was noticing this wired thing. My site is http://www.isaumya.com. If you load my site on your browser it will load pretty fast, but now if you go it the portfolio page and click on any portfolio icon, it takes a lot more time to load that portfolio item. You can test it.

Can you please tell me why this is happening and how to reduce the portfolio item load time?

Hi, i see but here is how it works;

– get the portfolio single content via ajax,
– wait for images to be loaded, then show the content

so the loading time of ajax portfolio single pages can be affected by your server response time/speed and/or your images sizes in portfolio single pages.

I got it. I do have farely big images there, as it is a portfolio.
