I attempted to reach out to TMS directly but I need the purchase code to submit a ticket.
I am asking here because I reached out on youtube and was told that I should ask their support but am unable to submit a ticket as it requires a purchase code.
When I have a multi day event and set the purchase to end with the “Add to Calendar” Amelia page, when a participant attempts to add the purchased event to their calendar it only adds the first day.
It will not add multiple days.
I have set it up both as a range of days within the event settings and individual days.
Either way it only adds the first day.
Can you please advise on how to correct this? Appreciate it!
Not sure if you can send us a staging site or we can test this once the site is live. Since at the time we can not replicate this on our device locally or in dev testing environment.
