I have a problem with the Amelia booking plugin. Clients are unable to book an appointment, probably an error there… Please check. Thank you.
Hi, We will report this situation to elementor and get back to you. The problem seems to be caused by elementor. In the meantime, you can contact elementor support theme.
ThanksHi, I have just tried and could successfully book an appointment. I guess this is fixed now.
Hi,
I don’t know if it the right place to report a Amelia plugin error.
It does not work at all from the wp-admin and also from the home page.
When I land to amelia dashboard an error 500 occours. Another error 500 is thrown where I placed the shortcode in the home page.I attach the logs.
Could you help me to address the issue, please?
Regards
Hi @mich,
Thank you for reporting the issue and sharing the error logs. I understand how critical this functionality is for your site, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.
The HTTP 500 errors typically indicate a server-side conflict. Based on your logs, here’s what we recommend:
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/
Contact your host to verify these settings.
Also deactivate the third party plugins and try it again.
We’re happy to guide you through any step or investigate further with additional details.
ThanksHi,
I updated the php system requirements on my php.ini server-side,
but the problem is still there.I just have a fresh install of the efor theme without adding third party plugin. I installed only the recommended plugins for the template.
I attached a detailed log of the wp-admin amelia dashboard.
Could you help me to address the issue, please?

Hi,
Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksHi,
I checked your site. Even when I try to deactivate the plugins, it gives a “504 Gateway Time-out” error. I see that they are not providing you enough space in this error caused by hosting. Can you look at the system settings above and ask the hosting company to provide these settings?
ThanksI fixed the error 504, it was a misconfigured php setting.
I checked also the permissions and the space left on the VM is 30GB.
Now I tried to deactivate the Amelia plugin and the deactivation is done.
Please continue to investigate on my website.
Thank youDear mich,
Thank you for your message. After activating the Amelia plugin, I did not observe any console errors. To proceed, you’ll need to follow these steps:
Assign Employees: Please ensure you’ve properly set up your employees as outlined in the Amelia documentation:
https://wpamelia.com/employees/Install & Configure the Plugin: Make sure the plugin is correctly installed and configured according to your booking/service requirements.
If you encounter any issues during this process, feel free to share screenshots or details of the problem, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Best regards.
