I’m having a bit of a hard time to get familiar with the Read theme.

I tried to follow the instructions to import demo content, but a lot of files failed to load.
I wanted to know how you did basic things on your preview page, but I was not able to.

I would like to have a home page similar to the one you have in your theme preview. The only diference is that I don’t want a short version of the posts, I would like to display the entire posts. Could you please help me to understand if that is a page, and how the menu can be properly configured.

I would also like to have a page where I could display posts from a single category, and posts should be ordered from oldest to newest (oldest on top, and the new ones below). Could you please help me how to do this?

My last question would be, how can I make sure that all files related with demo content were deleted? Is it enough to delete pages, posts and media?

You can create a category-specific page by following these steps:

– To display a category as a page, simply go to the Menus section under Appearance, add the desired category to the menu, and save the changes.

4. Deleting Demo Content:

– It is enough to delete pages, posts and media.

Just now more question. I noticed that the team Oliver has some really elegant social media icons in the header. Is that a way that I can use those icons in the Read theme?

You can customise the icons. For this, you can search the forum as custom social icons.
