Is there a way to import multiple images in the gallery tab instead of adding one by one?

The same tab is not available in a portfolio item.
So, I can’t add a gallery slide show (simply) in a portfolio item. Actually I can… adding a html code, copying and pasting the url of an image from the gallery and going crazy.
At the end of 2013 I thought there was a better and faster way to do it.

Hi, built-in gallery allows to add images one by one. You can try Portfolio Slideshow plugin.
