Hi,
I checked your website. You have 48 active plugins. I think one of them creates a security vulnerability. All posts are made with an admin account. I recommend that you deactivate the plugins that you do not find reliable and that you do not need and change your password. When I look at the duration of the shares time, I see that they are made with 1 minute intervals. I think it is due to third party plugin security vulnerability. Also, i would recommend you to contact your hosting company.
