can you tell me how to decrease the amount of white space below the slideshow and above where the first blog post starts?

i think the div is called “middle row” but I’m not quite sure what to do to either remove it completely or at least reduce the size. I tried #middle row {display:none;} but that didn’t work. (i’m not a coder. but i’m learning!)

I found that the section is called div.page-header. I imagine I can just change the height from 57px to 0px. do you know where I can do that?

aaaaand i did .page-header { display: none; } and it worked. :) resolved!
