a) How do I delete About This Author from showing up on each blog post?
b) How do I delete Html box & attributes box at the bottom of each blog post?
c) How do I insert a banner image 300×250 to appear on the foot of EVERY blog post, replacing ‘a’ and ‘b’ above?

Hey,

a) Theme Options > Blog > About The Author Module.

b) Use this in your custom css field:

.form-allowed-tags { display: none; }

c) You can search a plugin for it.
