Hi
I am having issues with my posts page automatically having a header with the latest post in the header. I have tried everything! I cannot see where to turn it off on the page itself or under Customize. It doesn’t give me an option.
https://transformationalmetacoaching.com/articles/Secondly, when you click on the post itself, the font is extremely large for the heading. I have also looked at customizing but cannot get that to go smaller. I have used Efor on another website before and don’t have this problem.
https://transformationalmetacoaching.com/7900-2/Please advise:)
Thanks so much!Hi,
Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksHi
Is it possible you can direct me on how to solve without giving admin access yet?
Thanks so much
Hi,
Please go to appearance > widgets > blog featured area > you can remove the main slider widget.
Also go to appearance > customize > general > fonts > heading font > you can deacrease and save it.
ThanksThis is great thanks so much. I managed to fix the first header issue.
Unfortunately, if I change the heading font under customize, it changes ALL headings sizes on all pages. I only want specifically to have the blog itself heading smaller, but not affect other pages.
Could you please advise?
Hi,
This css code will only affect the blog post title@media screen and (min-width: 768px) { .type-post h1.entry-title { font-size: 34px; } }Thanks
I would like to know where to go to edit the width of the standard “blog” page. I would like to customize the width/margins on the left and right of the content/list of blog posts. I would also like to add some space between the list of blog posts and the blog sidebar widget.
Where can I go to make these changes and also move around the location of the blog featured area sidebar?
I have another question that is similar to this topic…
How can I simply rearrange the order in which the standard blog post page is set up. While I am using Elementor, it does not seem like Efor uses Elementor for any templates.
I would like to have the freedom to move some of the sections around (such as moving the author box above the “previous post” section. Where do I go to edit these default pages (Blog page, Blog post page) beyond the few options available in Appearance > Customize (moving around the sections is not an option here).
Thank you!
Hi @ayw2024
Thank you for reaching out to us.To adjust the spacing and layout of your blog content, you can modify the Blog Content Width setting by navigating to:
Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → General → Layout → Blog Content Width
By increasing or decreasing this value, you can control the desired spacing to better suit your design preferences. Please note that the available customization options are limited to the settings provided in the WordPress Customizer by default. For further layout adjustments beyond these settings, additional custom coding or a page builder plugin may be required.
If you need any further assistance or have additional questions, feel free to let us know—we’d be happy to help!
Best regards. The editing options stop at Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → General → Layout.
There is no field “blog content width” .
The options here are for the entire site, not just the blog page.Hi,
Page/post content width is included. When you increase this, the page width of the posts in your entire design will also increase. In terms of consistency between the page and the blog, one button affects them all.
ThanksWhat would be the appropriate CSS to make the space between the blog sidebar and blog post list wider?
Also, how can i adjust the space between the header and the title of the page. This is a very large space that I need to shrink down. It appears to be this way for all pages that have “default template” – courses, shop, product, and cart pages. Image attached in private content section.
Hi,
You can try to use this custom css code;@media screen and (min-width: 1200px) { .is-single-post-title-with-margins .post-header-classic .entry-header, html.is-middle-boxed.is-single-post-title-with-margins .top-content-single .post-header-classic .entry-header:last-child { padding: 10px 0; } }Thanks
Hi Serkan,
I attempted to copy and paste that code directly into the Appearance > Additional CSS but nothing happened. I also tried to adjust the 10px to larger numbers to see any movement but was not successful.
Also, I want to make sure my other question doesn’t get lost on this feed. Here it is:
How can i adjust the space between the header and the title of the page. This is a very large space that I need to shrink down. It appears to be this way for all pages that have “default template” – courses, shop, product, and cart pages. Image attached in private content section.Hi @ayw2024
Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksHi, I’ve reviewed the CSS code i gave you to Appearance > Additional CSS and confirmed that the correct styling is now in place. I can see that the spacing issues on your blog page have been resolved successfully—great job!
If you’re still experiencing any inconsistencies, could you let me know:
Which specific issue persists? (e.g., spacing, alignment, etc.)
On which screen size(s) are you testing? (e.g., desktop, tablet, mobile)
This will help me pinpoint whether the problem is device-specific or requires further refinement.
For reference, the adjustments you made earlier worked as intended, but let’s ensure everything displays perfectly across all devices. Looking forward to your feedback!
Best regards
Blog page doesnt render properly
Please can you help me with the same?

Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
Btw could you also please go to appearance > widgets > blog featured area > be sure that there should be only 1 slider widget. If you have two please delete one of them and try it again.
