Hi, in the hero section of the homepage (demo 01) there is a slider with a Blur effect on it. While I was checking the layout’s responsiveness I noticed that this blur effect assume a different shape when i reduce device’s dimensions. How can I fix this? Is there a way to edit the shape of this blur effect? Because from what I read I can only enable or disable this effect.
Let me know if you need any other informations.

Hi,
As you can see from the screenshot, the plugin offers the blur effect only on and off. Apart from that, it does not offer different options according to mobile devices. You can contact the plugin author about this.

Hi, i contact the plugin author about the problem but they can’t support me because they only provide support to customers who purchase their plugin directly from them.
I’d like to remember you that for customers who purchase your theme, you must provide us with your support. I’d kindly ask you if it is possible to edit the shape of the blur effect in the slider as I told you in the email before.

Hi, unfortunately, it is not possible by default to fine-tune the blur effect. It comes from the Prime Slider plugin (Lite version) and you can request this feature from the plugin author here;
