I have Lahanna demo 3 installed on my site. On the contact form, when I press submit, it shows an error symbol. How can this be fixed. My dashboard details are in the private box below.

Hi,
You were using two contact shortcode. I just removed our default contact shortcode;

[contact_form to="xxx" subject="New message from Nom Tribe"]

Issue still exists. I re-added the original shortcode and when I press submit, an error icon shows on the button. Also how can the submit button be moved to the center?

Hi,
Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server. Please contact your hosting company.

Hello,

This is not the case. The form works, I have tested it many times. Messages come through in my email inbox so it is not a hosting problem. The issue is simply the button showing the error symbol. I have spoken with the hosting provider, it is not a problem on their side.

Hi, that’s awkward, it is working perfectly fine on our servers and we didn’t get a similar complain from other users, it might be related to your server configuration and to the theme code together, which makes it hard to identify the source of the problem and fix it for us. You may use an alternative form plugin such as wpforms for your contact form;

or you can add this custom css code below to make your form always show success status;

I’ve found a previous post where the same issue occurred. My server has been investigated and it’s not causing any issues. Can you please confirm if this is an issue with the form itself on your side?
