Hello,

We have recently changed our website theme to Archy. We had a Calendly integration that allowed us to display a pop-up with a schedule a call button for our services. After migration, the pop-up disappeared. We used the same plugin, the WPCode plugin, to connect the pop-up button; now it is not working. The Calendly and WPCode support team also can’t help with this. As for other methods, I am unable to locate the footer section in the child theme website code to add the pop-up code manually.

Can you please help me with this issue?

sure, the pop-up should be located in the bottom right corner.

Hi, I don’t see any button to trigger the popup window on the bottom right corner, how is that popup triggered?

Can you please try switching to the default theme and see if it works with the default theme, if it still doesn’t work with the default theme activated, it means it is related to the plugin not to the theme and we would recommend you to contact plugin support.
