For some reason, in my subdomain page https://online-training.touchofhappiness.co.uk I cannot edit anything using elementor. It just loads into the elementor editor with no content and no options in the left hand menu bar. I don’t have this issue in my main domain page.
Hi,
Please check out this related topic;

Each subdomain needs a license.
You will probably be better to upgrade your Elementor Personal plan to business plan.Thanks. I’ve now narrowed this down to an issue with JetElements for Elementor: when this plugin is activated I can’t edit in Elementor. When it’s deactivated I can BUT parts of my pages are missing (the widgets that come from JetElements…). This is the case on my main site AND subdomain. Is this a glitch with the Efor theme or some other issue? I’m also trying to get an answer from the JetElements people…Thanks,
The JetElements people say they can’t help because Elementor and JetElements was installed as part of the theme package, not directly from them…
I have a similar issue
since today the Elementor is showing a blank page with no content: https://prnt.sc/u5q6ukUntill yesterday it worked fine. Has this issue maybe something to do with the fact, that JetElements needs an update: https://prnt.sc/u5q7lm?
This is exactly the issue I’m facing, sorry it’s happening for you too! I’ve tried deactivating, deleting, reinstalling and updating JetElements and it doesn’t solve the problem for me.
Hi,
This might be occur because of the wordpress version 5.5
We will test it btw, could you provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksI’m having the same issue. I rolled back to WP 5.4 and re-installed JetElements as instructed elsewhere. Still doesn’t work!
I’m having the same issue. I have WP 5.4 and re-installed JetElements as instructed elsewhere. After I installed WP 5.5 and doesnt work, after I re-installed JetElements with WP 5.5 and doesnt work.
Doesn’t work!
Elementor just had a new update, which I’ve actioned, and this ***seems*** to have fixed the glitch. Would love to know if this fixes it for others?
Hi,
Our Developer is working on it. Therefore, I would still suggest that you try downgrading WordPress to its last known good version: 5.4.2
This should fix your issue.after updating Elementor, works fine now. Thanks @libbysheppard
