    Hi,
If you got this message when you try to edit the homepage, go to settings > reading > change homepage to any page and save it. Then go to homepage and edit it with elementor then go back to settings > reading > choose homepage and save it again.
    Thanks

I am getting the same message – but the image which you have added – it’s a blank page not the template page. Ideally, we should be able to edit the designed page.

I am facing the same issue can you please help me out –
“Sorry, the content area was not found on your page. you must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for elementor to work on this page.”

    Hi,
It will appear as a blank page. It is not possible to change item location individually with the editor.
    Thanks

But initially, when I uploaded the theme i could edit the home page on elementor. But now this error message shows up “the_content” etc….

Do i have to purchanse the elementor pro?

    please suggest

Hi @serkan thank you for your reply!
I tried creating that and reinstalled the theme too! Still, the error doesn’t go away. Can you please solve this for me, because am not able to move ahead.

I am facing this error only for the homepage!

    This pop-up message shows up-
**Sorry, the content area was not found on your page. You must call the content function in the current template.**

    Thanks

    Hi,
Could you please tell me which page you are trying to edit? I will also test it myself.
    Thanks
