I installed and activated the Efor theme and followed all instructions to import the demo (Judy West) but it is not importing the demo data and the website is a mess. Please help.

You should go to appearance > install plugins > you should activate the default plugins.
Then you should import the demo data.

Hi, Thank you so much for the support. I am facing few issues which are listed below.

1) On the blog page and the single blog page as well, the menu on the top is having issues when it is scrolled all the way up, i have to stay one click down for it to look proper.

2) The instagram plugin shows unavailable

3) The site is taking too long to load, can u please let me know how i can change that.

Hi,
1) I just went to appearance > customize > header > general > I changed header mask color and opacity.
2) You should go to social feed gallery > accounts > add personal account then go to appearance > widgets > footer Instagram > drag and drop social feed gallery plugin and choose your accounts and save it.
3) If the site takes too long to load, you can use cache plugins. But firstly, contact your hosting company if it is related to them.
