Hi, I bought through Envato Market, the following theme:

Support for Efor – Coaching & Online Courses WordPress Theme

I choose this one because of the Ava Wilson template. After downloading the whole file onto my computer, I uploaded the downloaded zip file into WordPress. However, only one template was uploaded and there was no way of choosing the Ava Wilson template.

After reading on some forums what I had done wrong, I understood that I downloaded all files in stead of only the WordPress docs. I then deleted all files from my computer thinking to do the correct download through the link I received from Envato. Unfortunately, I can not do another download so now I have nothing for my 99 dollars.

I contacted Envato but they advised me to contact you.

I appreciate to receive a new link with explanation how to properly download and upload all into WordPress so I can choose the Ava Wilson template.

I again tried to download the correct files through the Envato download link that I received after buying the Coaching theme, but I only found an empty ZIP file. I would need a new download link to download the necessary files onto my computer. I am looking for the Ava Wilson template. Thanks so much.

Hi, probably you are uploading the package zip file, you just need to extract the package and upload the theme zip file only, then you will start using the theme right away, you may also see the post below about this;

You don’t need to pay extra if you need to download the zip package. You can download as many as you wish.
