    Hi,
    What is your test mobile? I just tested it via android devices and I used chrome browser. I didn’t see any issue.
    Thanks

    Hi, can you add the custom css code below;

    @media only screen and (max-width: 991px) {
    .one-page-content {
        height: 100vh; overflow-y: scroll;
        }
     }

    then test it again, also remember to purge all your caches if you are using a caching plugin and clear your browser cache prior to testing and let us know if it is fixed.

    Thanks.

    I’m having the same issue with mzuker. I also noticed that the issue seems to be happening almost exclusively on my About, Resume, and Contact page, and not so much on my Blog and Portfolio page.

    I did add the custom css code you suggested and purged all the caches. Unfortunately the issue still persists.

    This is kind of a big deal. Lots of users on mobile/iOS these days.

    Could you expedite the solution to this?

    That’s one of the reasons I’m holding up my launch. Otherwise, I am totally in love with your theme. Stunning design.

    I will give you a secret URL to my website in the Private Content Area so you can check for yourselves. I’ve been testing with the latest iOS version on an iPhone X on three separate browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) but unfortunately all of them exhibit the issue.

    The update is out now, you can download and update your theme, remember to purge your caches if you are using a caching plugin after you update your theme and also clear your browser caching before testing again.

    Cheers.

    Just updated the theme to the latest version (as well as purging WordPress caches, clearing browser cache etc.) and discovered something strange. Though the scrolling problem appears to be fixed, it appears again in iOS only when you play the music or have “Background Music Autoplay” to “Yes” (irrespective of whether you choose “Yeah!” or “Nope”).

    Even if you have “Background Music Autoplay” to “No” and load the page and decide that the first thing you want to do before clicking elsewhere is to play the music manually by clicking on “Music Off” to turn it to “Music On” and then click on any of the menu items, the scrolling problem will appear in some of them.

    I tried it with the latest version of iOS on two different iOS browsers (Safari, Chrome) and was able to reproduce the bug consistently. Plus now for whatever reason the website in Chrome loads the transitions in a very choppy way (see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2y5jufc6agzznme/weird%20on%20chrome%20for%20iOS.mp4?dl=0).

    Hi again, I have just made some improvements to the code and it seems to be fixed now, can you test our demo site and confirm there are no issues, please?

    also make sure to clear your mobile browser cache or check in a private window.

    Thanks.

    I just tested it in the latest iOS in three different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and I am happy to report the scrolling issue is now fixed :) Thank you!

    The only thing I have to report is that the experience in Chrome is still choppy in the transitions as I showed in the screen recording, and that sometimes in Firefox and much less in Safari, closing the different pages by clicking on that white “X” in the black square on top of the page requires a double tap.

    I remember other themes (like Uncode) had an option to disable double tapping for mobile when it comes to some elements in their page builder (they used a version of WPBakery, see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ae3cnyw1ea2ubj5/Screen%20Shot%202021-05-21%20at%2019.19.36.png?dl=0). Maybe you guys can figure out how to do that natively, meaning that when the theme “recognizes” it is being viewed on a mobile device it removes double tapping automatically so that it’s better UX for mobile users.

    Other than that everything looks great. Can’t wait to have that fix pushed so we can download it and get rid of the scrolling issue in iOS once and for all! :)

    Thanks again.

    Hi again, thanks for confirming that scrolling issue has faded away. I have just fixed the double tap issue now. Also checked with latest chrome on latest ios, but I can’t detect the choppy transitions issue, it is all smooth as in safari. We will release the new update in a few days.

    Have a nice day!

    Could you please help me install demo 2 on my WP, it took me hours and hours, but it’s just loading forever. I have all the plugins necessary installed, looked at threads reagarding the PHP, nothing worked.

    Thank you.

    I actually had that issue with a previous host. I did a clean installation of WordPress on another host, didn’t have an issue at all. Deleted my WordPress installation on the one where it wasn’t working, did a clean installation of WordPress, again the same issue with import. Honestly, I was so fed up I just changed hosts. Didn’t have a problem ever since with importing Ikonik demos. So maybe check and see if it is a hosting issue.
