Hi,

is it possible to change to colour of the nav and change the color of the navigation items too?

So I would like to have the entire Nav bar in a blue and the items in white.

You can try to use these custom css codes;

.site-navigation { background: #7787ff !important; }
.nav-menu ul li, .nav-menu ul li a, .social li a { color: #fff; }
