Currently the departments listed on the portfolio page (http://www.chutzpahmedia.co.il/our-work) are listed alphabetically. Is there a way to change the order?

I want the order to be reflective of the importance of the department/category I have my work in.

Sorry, this is not possible by default, needs more further customization, you may consider working with a professional, if you are not familiar to WordPress coding.
