Hello! I’m having issues with a form I created on this page using Gravity Forms: http://theartofapplying.com/notes

At first, I thought it was a Gravity Forms issue, but I think it may be something within the theme itself that needs to be changed. Can you please advise?

Hello! I’m having a related issue now. The dropdown menus aren’t showing up in my form created with Gravity Forms. See this page: http://theartofapplying.com/results.

For example, the question “Have you heard back from all the schools to which you applied?” should have drop down options. However, they are not displaying.

One follow-up: the radio buttons do not work either. You can not select an option if there is a radio button.
