I have set up WooCommerce as a payment option for my LearnPress courses within your Efor theme. I have added Klarna, PayPal and direct bank transfer as payment options. Upon testing the purchasing process I encounter the following problems…
– With Klarna as the payment option, I go through the process of adding personal details and card details. I ‘complete’ the purchase and then I’m taken to a page that just says ‘Order Received’ with a thumbs up icon. I as the admin DO NOT RECEIVE any kind of email notification that an order has been placed. I as the student DO NOT RECEIVE any kind of email notification that an order has been placed. How do I fix this?
– In addition, how do I edit that ‘order confirmed’ page?
– Also, how does the student now access the course curriculum?
1-) please navigate to “wp-admin > Learnpress > Settings > Emails” and enable Email notifications from this panel.
2-) by default, it is not possible to customize “order received” page, however, there seem to be some plugins can do this, please check the post below;
3-) I guess users will be mailed with a link to access to the course they have purchased when you activate email notifications on #1.
Btw, LearnPress is a third party plugin and our knowledge with Learnpress is limited as we haven’t developed it by ourselves, you may also consider asking LearnPress plugin related queries to the plugin author to have better answers;
