I don’t see the “Place Order” button on my actual “Checkout Page”.
I’ve even cleared my cache and restarted my phone.
Sometimes the button is there and other times, the button is not there.. it disappears.

I tested the issue in different browsers and the button appeared every time. Maybe you can contact the woocomerce support team about this issue.

Sorry I mean the place order button in the next page. Not the page you are showing. the one you are showing should be the cart page.
