Hi!

We’re having a problem when we tried to buy a course on a website we’re creating.
When we add the course to the cart and we tried to pay for it, it’s not working, it said “your list is empty”.
We’re using a plugin to allow woocommerce methods to be able for people to buy it. Maybe it’s that.

Hi!
We solved the problem partialy.
We made the checkout page show but we can’t see the payment methods.

We’re using the plugin “LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration” to recived payments from Mercado Pago. And also the plugin
“WooCommerce Mercado Pago”.
We made the configuration for the payment methods we want to use but they are not showing:

And we also desable payment methods for learnpress so we can just use one option: woocommerce.

Can you help us to solve this?

Hi, by default Learnpress supports offline payment and paypal, additional payment methods are being sold as an add-on, you can check out the available add-ons for Learnpress here;

Yes, we know that by default the methods it used are paypal and bank transfer.
So we bought the plugin “LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration” and we let it be only method avaible. But when we’re trying to pay for the course, and we go to the checkout page we don’t see any payment method. Even if we tried with the payments by default it only show paypal and not bank transfer.

Do you know what could be the problem?
And what can we do to solve it?

Hi,
You can create a ticket on the plugin’s support page and ask them for the issue. It is related to plugins, and they might be had a solution. If there is anything related to the theme, keep us updated.
