I am using child theme 3, and I am wondering, how to i get those boxes with links on my home page? Also, How do i make it so that my most recent posts show up on my home page, along with the post picture?

Please go to appearance > widgets > drag and drop the link box widgets to the page featured area. Then edit your homepage and choose page featured area on the right hand side and save it.
You can go to settings > reading > your homepage displays : your latest posts and save it.

I do not have the link box widget under appearance>widgets. How do I add the link box widget?

Hi,
I tried to login your dashboard and it says incorrect password. Could you check your details and send it to me again.
Btw, go to plugins and activate the necessary theme plugins.
