Hi,

I’m using Mailblue (Dutch version of Active Campaign). When I create a form in Mailblue, the css is not the same on my website.

I used the complete integration option of Mailblue and copy/paste the code on my website. The form is shown different. Can you take a look and help me out?

Is it possible to add some screenshots to this form? Then I can show you.

Hi Ellen,
The css may not be the same because you use another plugin other than the plugin we use. The reason for this is that the infrastructure of the plugin you use is encoded differently. If there is anything I can do, I will try to help again.
You can upload the image to any website and share the URL with me.

The plugin support tells me that this theme is not compatible with ActiveCampaign. So, is this then something related to the theme or to the plugin? From the plugin, they cannot help me further. Could you?

Hi Ellen,
It is not possible for us to interfere with the source codes of those other than the plugin we use and recommend. Plugin authors can do this. Would you like to consider mailchimp plugin as an alternative?

Okay, thanks. I will consider it…but I’m more a fan of ActiveCampagne. Too bad for me then! I will contact them again, maybe we can work it out.
