How can I edit the contact form?
E.G. Rename the labels or perhaps add a new Input field.

Hi,
You can use loco translate plugin to change the label name. Adding new input is not possible by default.
You should try to use a plugin for contact page but I haven’t tested it.

Hello,

Please, I need your assistant on this subject. if someone sends me a message from the contact form, I receive the message without the sender name and email. it shows the sender as server@mydomain.com and in the email, I can see the body message and subject message only.

Can you please tell me what I can do in my case?

Hi Troy,
Could you contact your host company as well? As an alternative, you can use ninja form plugin instead of the default contact form as well.
