Is it possible to add more fields into to the theme contact form?
Like subject, etc?

If yes, how do i go about it?

Lastly there’s something wrong with the website.

Hi,
It is not possible to add more fields into to the contact form by default but you can use ninjaform or contact form 7 plugin instead of default for to achieve more fields.
When I try to reach your related url, i am getting this error message : Error establishing a database connection
Please contact with your host provider to solve this issue then we can check your website again.
