Hello,

Issue: The standard Efor shortcode mail form is broken and doesn’t do anything when the button is hit. Just the button text “submit” is changed to nothing.

After reading some other posts about this issue I contacted my host and it turns out the PHP mail() function is ON. I also checked the Cpanel to see that my email routing options are set to ‘Local Mail Exchanger’.

Is there a sollution to this issue, what do I need to do to make the contact form work?

Could you please try to use ninjaform or contact form plugins instead of our default contact form and check it? Our theme is compatible with those plugins.
