The contact form works well in Mozilla and Chrome.

However, after successfully completing the contact form submission and receiving the confirmation message, I crash Internet Explorer when I try and navigate to another page.

Hi, i just made some tests on contact form, i came across a different issue than you have reported;

– it is ok on IE11/chrome.
– it shows error on IE 10.

we will check the source code and try to fix that problem. Thanks for the feedback.

Okay, I installed a new clean “contact” template from your theme and it still crashes IE11.

I also removed my child theme mods and text mods to the original contact form with no changes.

So, you’ve got a clean contact form that crashes after a successful submittal when trying to navigate away from the contact page while staying on the same site.

Maybe you fixed this in your release this morning, if so please let me know.

At this point I am going to go with a generic Jetpack contact form as I do not like the theme one crashing the browser. So what you will see onsite is not your “contact” template.

Let me know when you have an update.

I will make some tests on contact form and try to realize what causes the problem in IE. I let you know when i come up with a solution. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi, we will improve the contact form. At this time, you can use Contact Form 7 plugin.
