Hi Serkan,
I wasn’t receiving emails using the default Pixelwars contact form so I installed ninja forms plugin. When editing and testing on contact form page, the emails are going through and working.
But my problem is when I insert the short code it shows in the page preview, i update it – and then try view it live but it doesn’t show? Not sure how to solve this?

Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server. Please contact your hosting company.

Thanks for the feedback. The hosting company have said they have now enable the mail() function. Still have the same issue though. I edit the page, paste the short code, in the preview I can see it and the test mail goes through. then i update. But when I exit WordPress and view the contact page it doesnt show?

The reason I can not access your website is because it does not allow access from different countries. Your hosting company may have closed it.Hi Serkan,
I spoke to the hoster who mentioned I can activate FTP access to your country in the Cpanel. I have activated all countries for now in the Cpanel, could you advise which country you are specifically from so I can select this later. Could you check if you could access it now?

I’m really sorry for the constant error, but we’re having a serious problem with your hosting company. Your hosting company is seriously slow and seems to have reduced the connection speed considerably.
I tried to connect with chrome, safari and firefox browsers but i am getting this message. This site can’t be reached (x).com took too long to respond.

Unfortunately I cannot continue to use ninjaforms plugin in the meantime because the issue is that ninja form is not displaying live after I edit and post the code in the page and update. I have had no troubles logging into WP admin and the host as well, see their response below:

Hi, You need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site or even upgrade your hosting plan with more resources available. Because when i click to ant folder in your admin panel i am getting time out warning.
Could you contact your hosting company to increase the upload limit at least to 128mb?

I have contact them today and they have mentioned the below:

As the domain is hosted in our shared server, the bandwidth limit is already set to unlimited. The WP admin page of your domain is loading fine. See the attached screenshot. We have now tweaked the upload max filesize of the domain to 20MB which is the allotted maximum value in our shared server. If you want to upload files larger than 20MB, then you can upload it via FTP”Essentially they are saying there is nothing wrong on there side and I have not experience any down time or issues either? Id really like to resolve this issue, can you try again from your side.

I see the (Pixelwars) Contact Form is displaying on the website but when i try to send a test message nothing comes through to my gmail. My host has enabled the mail() function, i have cleared all cache too and set the forwarder to my gmail address. Do you know why the test emails would not go through?
