Hi

I have build a contact form but i don’t receive any mail. I have check with my provider http://www.one.com ant they told me that i must use mail() and not smtp. My site is not online right now but do i need to setup anything else? I have use ninjaforms plugin form my contact form.

Can you deactivate all your plugin and try it again ? Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server.
Ninjaform is simple and doesn’t have any complicated settings. If you have any issue you can read the documentation for ninjaforms.

I have checked with one.com support and they only support mail(). I have read documentation but i cant figure out where i config my mail adress that will receive messages from the contact form?

Problem solved. One.com support helped with ninjaform settings.
