Hi,

I am using the standard, out-of-the-box contact form provided by the demo import and it is not working. I edited the contact page with elementor and changed the contact widget to have my email address as the recipient. I never receive any emails. How do I fix this?

Hi @dashneimark;
1. Can you disable all of your plugins and test it again?
2. Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server.
3. Please use NinjaForm plugin alternatively instead of contact form.

I just imported the demo data and it said there were errors, namely:

[WARNING] Failed to import “Default sign-up form”: Invalid post type mc4wp-form

Not sure if this is a related or separate issue so posting here. Thx.

Hi,
You should activate the mailchimp plugin from the plugin’s folder.
It is related to that plugin.
