Hello, I purchased your Efor theme.
I’m working on it with demo 03 but in the Contact page I cannot
see the contact form.
I just see this: [contact_form to="info@johndoe.com" subject="Contact form message from Efor Demo 03"]

Which is the correct shortcode to insert?
I already try to change the mail addresse but nothing changes.

Hi Serkan

I seem to have the same issue. In the extension page the plugin seems to be correctly activated though. Is there any other place where it needs to be switched on?

Hi Manwel,
I just checked your website and I saw that you solved the contact page issue. If you still have any issue with the contact form, your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server. Please contact your hosting company.
If you still have the issue, could you please try to use ninjaform contact plugin instead of default our contact form.

Hi Serkan I’m also having the same issue with contact form. I’ve checked that all my pixelwar plugins are activated but the contact form isnt working (when i click submit, nothing happens).
I’ve sent login details if you can look at it please.

Have you tested the above steps? Mailfuncion feature must be enabled by hosting. You should also install the contact form 7 or ninjaform plugin and test whether the problem persists. 99.9% of your problem will be fixed this way.

Please go to plugins and activate pixelwars core and pixelwars core shortcode plugins.
You are viewing the Shortcode because you do not activate these plugs.

Thanks for your quick reply, I installed the shortcode plugin, and the form is now shown, but nothing happens when I click on the “Send” button. Is it sufficient to edit the shortcode parameters or where can I edit the form?
